Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual or entity that registers a paid subscription on keysonar.com.

2. Subject Matter

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the purchase of subscription plans for the Keysonar AI-visibility and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27 November 2014.

3. Pricing & Plans

Plans (Starter $119/mo or $79/mo annual; Pro $249/mo or $199/mo annual) are listed at keysonar.com/pricing. Prices are in USD. Buyers in Turkey are billed in TRY at the current exchange rate.

4. Delivery

Keysonar is a digital service. Access is activated immediately after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided you have not yet activated the service (started scans or accessed reports). Once the service has been activated with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal is waived per Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (exception for digital content whose performance has begun).

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul (Beşiktaş) courts and enforcement offices. Consumer buyers retain their right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees.
