Terms of Service – Keysonar

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Keysonar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the keysonar.com website and the Keysonar platform (together, the "Service"), operated by Keysonar ("we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keysonar is an AI visibility intelligence platform. The Service lets you measure how your brand, domain or keywords appear across large language models and AI-powered search engines, generate optimization briefs, and publish optimized content to supported third-party platforms.

We may improve, update or change features of the Service at any time. We may also add, remove or modify functionality without prior notice where doing so is necessary to keep the Service secure, reliable or compliant with law.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service you need to create an account. When you do, you agree that:

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that happens under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected security breach.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
Use the Service to track, harass, defame or infringe the rights of any person or organization.
Upload, generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful.
Use the Service to send spam, run automated attacks or otherwise disrupt the Service or its users.
Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service except under an Agency plan or separate written agreement with us.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and underlying technology, is owned by Keysonar and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

All trademarks, logos and brand names displayed inside the Service belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Keysonar's name or marks without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including your keywords, domains, brand information and any content generated from your account.

You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, to provide analytics back to you, and to comply with law. We will not sell your User Content.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Ticimax and various AI model providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

When you connect a third-party platform to Keysonar you authorize us to send and receive data on your behalf as needed to deliver the Service. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or that AI-generated insights will always be complete or up to date. AI model outputs change constantly and Keysonar's metrics reflect the state of those models at the time of measurement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keysonar and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the service in a way that harms Keysonar or other users. Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or by posting a notice inside the Keysonar platform at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Istanbul, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service.
