Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Keysonar subscription at any time via:

  • Dashboard: Account Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel Subscription

  • Phone: +90 212 270 20 27 (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 GMT+3)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days, unless the right of withdrawal applies.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/TR Consumer Law)

Under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the contract date without giving any reason — provided the service has not yet been activated.

Important: If you consented at checkout to the immediate start of service and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is waived upon activation (as required by Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation), you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the service is active (scans started, reports accessed).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at [email protected] with subject line "Withdrawal Notice" within 14 days of purchase. We will refund your payment in full within 14 days via the original payment method.

3. Refunds

  • Valid withdrawal requests are refunded within 14 days to the original payment card.
  • Card processing times vary by bank (typically 3–10 business days).
  • No refunds after the 14-day withdrawal period if the service has been used.
  • Annual subscriptions: no partial refunds for remaining months after the withdrawal period.

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrade: Prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no credit for unused time.
